Meet Our Founder
With 15 years of experience in executive recruitment, Sammy has established himself as a go-to partner for founders, investors, and boards seeking transformative innovators. Prior to launching Crimson Jay, he previously served as VP of Operations for a national executive search firm where he spearheaded growth and innovation initiatives and drove the implementation and integration of research and recruiting functions.
He oversaw the ultimate success of every retained search at the company over a 2.5 year period. Earlier in Sammy’s career, he gained extensive experience across general practice executive search, talent acquisition management and strategy at PwC, and led recruitment for a “Series A” SaaS startup.
